PEI Credit Unions Sponsorship Request Submission Process Thank you for considering the Credit Union for support of your organization, cause, or event. We have a vested interest in community initiatives and the lives of our Credit Union owners. Unfortunately we cannot always meet every request, but will carefully review each one and consider our available resources to meet the needs of the community.
Instructions: please read carefully Please complete the Sponsorship Request Form (click here to download form) and return to the Marketing & Business Development Department a minimum of six (6) weeks prior to your event and identify any print or advertising deadlines. Please complete a separate Sponsorship Request Form for each sponsorship you are requesting. Include any further supporting information to accompany this request if applicable. You may mail, fax, or e-mail your sponsorship requests to us.
Please allow a response time of 21 days following the receipt of your completed forms.
