Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) Your MemberCard Debit Card provides easy access to your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Through our ATM network you can withdraw cash, make deposits, transfer between accounts, and pay bills. Your MemberCard Debit Card is accepted at ATMs around the world displaying the Interac or Plus network symbols. Direct Payment Your MemberCard Debit Card lets you pay for purchases anywhere you see the Interac Direct Payment symbol. Your account is automatically debited for purchases the instant you use your card. Lost or Stolen Card You may be held liable for funds removed from your account up to the daily limit—up to the time you tell us there's a problem. If you suspect your card is lost or stolen or that someone else might know your PIN, you should report it immediately to our Lost or Stolen line at 1-800-567-8111.
